A Museum Adeventure |
Two kids visit a newly opened museum where the exhibits come alive. They are chosen as some of the select few who are allowed to enter the exhibits and experience life as portrayed in the depicted scenarios. As they go from exhibit to exhibit, they travel through history from the Age of the Dinosaurs to the Age of Space Travel. |
A new museum just opened, and Tommy and Sally were very excited. Today they were going to visit it. The museum opened at 10:00 am and they were on their way. They had a fun filled trip on the train traveling into the city and, when they finally arrived, their excitement grew as they stood in front of the big building that housed the museum. They found the ticket window and were greeted by a mysterious looking clerk who asked "OK young folks what kind of tickets do you want?"
Tommy asked, "Are there different kinds of tickets?"
"Well, for you, yes" replied the clerk "for most people, I only sell a regular ticket that just allows them to view the exhibits, but for a few people, who I sense have a magical spirit, I can sell a magic ticket."
"What does this magic ticket do?" asked Sally. The clerk answered "It allows you to enter the exhibits and be part of them. You can have real experiences in places around the world and live with people from the past, the present, and even the future. But I must caution you. This magical ticket can be dangerous. But, if you want an adventurous visit today, I recommend it. I wouldn't be offering it to you if I didn't feel you had magic in you and would enjoy this special offer."
Tommy and Sally looked at each, thought for a moment and both said "OK, we'll take the magic ticket." The clerk nodded, took their money, and gave them their tickets........
